What is better a USB or a hard drive to add storage and what is the price

I bought a hard drive with 4 TB for 150 euro earlier, but now I think it costs 50 euro and you also get 1TB for somehow 20 euro or something

I'm not sure what you want, but when you're playing games, never use a USB stick. It can't take it and could even be more expensive (depending on the brand).
