Best controller for the pc?

I'm looking for a controller to play on the PC. It should be min. Have 2 paddles, no price limit. Layout whether Ps4 / Xbox doesn't matter.

I have the first generation Elite Controller. The rubber coating on the sides of the grips started to loosen after about 1 1/2 - but was easy to replace.
