Hello together on my Xbox have a bug we take as an example the game apex so buy me now as an example the starter pack for 5 euro. So now I create on my Xbox a second profile start apex sign up completely new to me so a very different account than before and then get there the starter pack without having paid for the 5 euro and that works no matter how many profiles I tried it. This works with all Xbox live gold I would like 1 year Xbox live gold so it has all the other profiles too or I buy blackops 4 on the account it is on all the other accounts also bought. Now to my question is this punishable?
This is only on your Xbox - not on the respective accounts.

Since your real profile is logged in as a home console on your Xbox, any user can play the games purchased on your account. If the profiles that did not buy log on to another Xbox, they will not have these games anymore.
But if I buy now as an example on the one profile the apex starter pack where I get arms skins and 1000 coins, then I get if I create a new profile exactly the same things so the 1000 coins and weapons skins without having paid for it

I guess it's forbidden, because you only paid it once and get it several times.
Digital products are console bounds that means the games are only there when you sign up there you sign up where else with acc you are not there
When I bought my Xbox (used) there were already 7 games on it so games stay with the console
