Xbox card, code scratched free?

I bought a gift card from xBox. In order to read the code you have to remove the security strip. I did it carefully, and now: only half of the code can be read!

What I have done wrong?

Maybe the part is still covered if not you have to go to the place with the cash register bong where you bought it and they should then give you a new one or your money

Will try tomorrow to exchange the card or possibly get the purchase price again. There's probably no other solution.

Unfortunately I didn't get the money I had paid, and nobody could help me either. It's a shame. But you have to / can live with that (why get upset, it damages your nerves). It's just sad. But thanks for the hint Enes
