My friend's Xbox broke recently and when it came out of repair he couldn't activate my account as a home console.
We swapped accounts to play each other's games. Unfortunately, as I said, he can no longer activate mine because it only works 5 times a year. The thing is that he didn't do it 5 times.
Does anyone have an idea how to work around this "lock"? Please do not try to answer or write to support, we have already tried everything, but we will only be sent from one employee to another.
That only works once a year or so, call support and ask nicely if you could reset it again
Is there no other possibility?
When he calls there it is said that the conversation is being recorded and he does not want that
