You've certainly done something wrong or "thought" wrong.
Every popelige LAN connection, each LAN cable and also each rout of not older than 10 years can loose over a LAN cable 100 MBit / s.
This means a LAN connection to the Internet router is the fastest and most stable thing you can do. And you write "did not help".
I suspect a connection error or "thinking error".
You have an internet provider with a booked internet speed (check your contract, it's guaranteed to be in there). Only with this max. Speed is your router connected to the Internet, you will not get more, you pay only for this speed.
Your router has 4 LAN sockets, these can easily transfer 100 Mbps. The router has certainly Wi-Fi, this WLAN is only as fast as your Wi-Fi reception situation allows it. If you are too far away from the wireless router, it will be dramatically less (the solution is to use LAN cables).
Do you use cheap junk (tiny wireless sticks without antennas), you can't expect more. Or did you forget to connect the wireless antennas s.PC? That would also explain your current situation.
Do again the test with a LAN cable, so in the router (not repeater or dLAN or Powerline) plug in and plug the other end into the PC. Only then can you tell if it is on the Wi-Fi or your Internet provider.
For your Wi-Fi you are responsible, if unfavorable set up / positioned or set up, something can happen.
Do not hide the WLAN router and WLAN receiver behind metal surfaces (refrigerator, heating, PC housing, concrete ceiling, metal shelves, …).

Install the app on an Android smartphone and measure the speed… In the basement, on the street, on the third floor, in the last room to the last, … You will find good and bad places in your apartment.

If cables are used, the connection should be faster than with the WLAN.
