Ark server list hangs and can't be changed?

Hi, I have the following problem. When I look for servers at Ark on the Xbox and set the filter to Player Dedicated Arks, I can't get out of there. Sometimes the whole game hangs up or I can no longer change the filter. Restarts, logging, nothing helps. Who can help?
