Xbox download speed?

Hi guys I have a problem got me an xbox one x and have a 50k line my download varies 30 40 Mbits and sometimes 5 sometimes it stops synonymous so it is nothing at all connected via wireless can someone help me?

Try a LAN cable. Had the problem synonymous with my Xbox one S but has settled after a time. (LAN is always recommended when gambling is better and more fluid) your ping is in games then much lower
