Xbox one update problems?

People sorry if this does not belong but I have a really big problem…

I started my xbox this morning to see if there's an update for a game out - it was not, so I shut down the console again. After about 10 minutes I ran past the xbox and wondered why she still makes noises. So now it comes: Since I had to work, I just took her from the stream.

Now I come to the hotel, have everything connected and now I see that the console probably this morning has moved an update. The download and the review are complete, but with "Update avoids" it is 76%. And every time. Even after I did a hard reset. Always the same… What should I do?

To mention is perhaps that I'm in a different hotel than this morning and the xbox therefore has no Internet connection. The support can't help me, because the chat is closed, although the opening hours say otherwise.

Try to cancel the download wlan reconnect and try again

You can put the console to factory condition. However, then all data stored on the hard drive are gone.
