Almost every headset is compatible with the xbox. You can simply choose the best of them. It depends again on the budget and other preferences of yours.
Price doesn't matter as long as it's not 300 euro
Can't give you an exact answer because I personally use a microphone and headphones. I would check out a few comparisons on YouTube. So you can always find something good that you can use. What is not a good idea is to buy the next best thing from the Media Markt catalog.
Guess the Xbox Wireless Headset is by far one of the best headsets for the Xbox Series S / X or Xbox One (S / X), for the price of around 100 euro.

I currently still have the steelseries arctis 9x
I used it myself, but I sent it back after a month because I had problems with the connection, the wearing comfort was only limited and the sound was not better than my previous headset for around 70 euro.
