Ebay classified PayPal dangerous goods and services?

I'm in the process of selling a few things on Ebay Classifieds. I just put my old Nintendo 64 in front and wants 100 euro incl. Games for it. Have I read a little smart and just seen one should start the offers always higher than the actual desired price. Said done I have everything ready and had already after 5 minutes 2 interested parties. The catch: One would like to have console for 70 euro because it was not worth so much and the other has agreed without trying to press the price that he pays 120 euro. He wants to send me the money via PayPal goods and services (fees he takes over). I'm afraid that as soon as I let go of the console, he withdraws the money and I stand without anything. I do not really know anything about it… Does any of you know if that works and I should rather leave it? Or can I sell the console without thinking. Shortly to his profile: He has many other auctions of old consoles and seems to be a kind of collector. I do not know if I can trust the roast… Can anyone help me?

Paypal is already safe, there's indeed the buyer and seller protection. However, only the paid version. Goods and services costs so with Paypal fees so that's for sure. Uncertain is the free Paypal variant called Paypal friends.

P.S. In any case insured send with proof of shipment and then only to the address deposited with Paypal.

Great, thanks for the response!

He also has his reservations, of course. He transfers the money to you and you do not send the console. The danger is there for both parties. The only solution that comes to mind spontaneously, is to send the package by cash on delivery, which of course is associated with additional costs.

What does your gut feeling tell you?

In the end, the right is on your side, say you send the package and he calls the money back via Paypal - then he makes himself punishable what you can punish of course.

No

Sorry - someone who wants to pay more than the required price from the beginning and then also the PP fees - that is not quite kosher / there's something wrong.

With PP, it is always easy to cheat - motto the package is traceable and arrived, but the buyer claims after the package was empty or there were cheap books in it… Buyers are creative as many times.

And finally, PP believes the buyer and reimburses the price. You are at the end without money and goods. It happens so many.

Ntze Ebay-Kleinanteigen as it is intended for a classified ad market - ware goods with you and you get your money in cash.

Uncertain is the free Paypal variant called Paypal friends.

But that's for the seller! Safe variant.

The question is how far that should be successful. Either he is really a collector and willing to pay the money, or his offers show that he has already set a lot and knows what he has to do to avoid getting caught… If it was a small amount it would not really bother me… But well

Then let it be and have patience until the right buyer finds
