PS4 controller feels spongy?

I have had a problem with my PS4 for about 2 months. So if I want to play (no matter what) the controller feels very spongy… So it has very big delays. For example, it takes about 2 seconds if I want to look around in Fortnite… Have tried it already with 6 other controllers… Is synonymous not better. Could someone help me?

Trivial: Change sensitivity if you're just turning too slow.

Otherwise it could be that the television is not set in game mode. But that would not explain a 2 second delay, maybe 0.2s.

Mostly in the picture settings. Very cheap or older TV may not have that.
