Ps4 controller no longer works? - 1

I charged my ps4 wireless controller with a micro usb charging cable like I always did, only this time the ps4 controller didn't work anymore. Then I used a different cable, also on the ps4, and it didn't work. The next step was to open the controller and check the battery, which was empty

So next i installed the battery of my second ps4 controller (which was full). But I didn't achieve a better result, i.e. The controller doesn't work even with a full battery.

Maybe someone can help me or maybe someone knows which part could have broken.

On the underside of the controller there's a reset button with a paper clip to get this min. 3 sec. Keep pressed down. Then connect the controller with, preferably the original USB charging cable, the switched on PS4 and press the ps button.

The battery must be charged for this process

Oh, that's stupid, but then you have to buy a controller, the friendly from A to Z online giant has new ones for 39 euro
