Wi-Fi away sometimes?

Hi so we have had new Wi-Fi for 5 weeks, everything is great, etc. But sometimes the connection to devices like ps4 or mobile phone just goes away and after 2 seconds it's back there then I fly out of my ps4 party and out of the game lobby and you know the nervousness what is it?
