Play with Xbox Controller via Bluetooth?

I paired my Xbox One Wireless Controller with my PC via Bluetooth. If I start any games like He does not work RocketLeague, GTA V or ARK. He is not recognized. But when I go into steam mode in Picture mode, it works perfectly, i. He just does not work in games because he is not recognized. When I play RocketLeague and hit the start button on the controller, there comes a 2nd car, but I want my keyboard to be replaced by the controller and not have 2 players. I also want the other games to work with the controller.
