Giving Skyrim companions weapons (Xbox)?

I want to give my companion certain weapons in Skyrim, but this is possible, on the PC this problem can easily be solved with the UFO-Mod, but is there possibly a solution for the Xbox Special Edition?

I've already browsed the mods here, but unfortunately found nothing. If so, but found something or knows another solution, I would be very happy to receive an answer.
