Earn money on Twitch at 13?

I'm 13 years old and am about to become an affiliate with Twitch (with the consent of my parents). My question would be, is that child labor or not?

No But as far as I know, if you earn less than 256 euro the money is tax free. Am I correct or is that completely wrong?
