Twitch sideline + full time job?

I work full time (40h) and earn around 30,000 euro a year. Now I have the opportunity to continue as an affiliate on Twitch. I would also like to use this - not really because of the money but because of the many advantages.

now I ask myself a lot of questions:

what should I put attention on?

what is the maximum number of hours I can do? Some speak of a rest period?

What is the maximum amount I can earn so that there are no problems with taxes?

am I not allowed to work on weekdays?

my last question: if I apply for a new job somewhere - is that something negative that icu is doing twitch on the side? Work in Marketing Management.

You can do as much as you want, nobody will follow you anyway
