Usb stick no longer start game?

Hello everyone my usb stick does not start the games that are on it Please help.PS I have one
xbox one s

Sorry it was helpful I accidentally came up with no help so the games are still there and icj hadn't deleted them

I guess that the XBox does not recognize the path of your games. I guess

Try it, slide the games on your computer, format the stick and copy the games back in and then test it

And whatever else when I want to start a game on the usb stick and it doesn't work, all games are suddenly no longer displayed and the usb stick is no longer displayed even though the drine is almost kicked out
